PPC comment: Inappropriate development that is far bigger that the 30%. The replacement of 150 year old cottages beside a Coach House built in 1896 and of some historic interest by a larger three storey house on this green belt site., would by virtue of its size design and relative position have an overbearing affect and reduce the residential amenity of the adjacent property. Contravenes every aspect of GC11, DC1, DC2, DC3 and DC4. The Committee would also like to formally object to not having a copy of the revised plans to make a adequate judgement.
