Any other business:
Cllr T Jackson reported that the appeal decision for Tudor Drive had been dismissed.

It was discussed that Cllr Hawkins should have been allowed to talk to the Committee about the Ford House application before leaving the meeting. Cllr Hawkins put forward that there had been a contradiction between the decision of the Planning Committee in July and the decision in December. This was discussed and it was also agreed that there was a breach of procedure in the fact that Cllr Hawkins was not allowed to speak before he left the room.
Mr J Leonard also spoke to the Committee on behalf of the PCC regarding the Ford House planning application.
